McGruff SafeGuard is a replacement for ChatChecker

(McGruff SafeGuard provides all of the features of ChatChecker and a lot more!)

 

If you have just purchased ChatChecker Family Edition from a retail store:

  1. Visit www.GoMcGruff.com, and click GET IT FREE NOW and create your account.

  2. Download & install the McGruff SafeGuard.  (ChatChecker is automatically uninstalled when McGruff SafeGuard is installed.)

  3. Click here: Contact Support and specify the following:

    • Your account name.

    • Your license code (found in the box with the ChatChecker CD).

    • The store where you purchased the software.

  4. We will upgrade your account to McGruff SafeGuard Plus for one year at no additional cost.

  5. After one year, your account reverts to the McGruff SafeGuard Free.
If you are already using ChatChecker:
  1. Visit www.GoMcGruff.com, and click Parents Login.
  2. Sign-in with your email address (as your username) and password.
  3. Click the DOWNLOAD AGAIN button on the left side of the screen, and download McGruff SafeGuard onto all of the PCs where you previously installed ChatChecker.  ChatChecker is automatically uninstalled when McGruff SafeGuard is installed.
If you just downloaded ChatChecker from a website and installed it on a PC:
  1. Visit www.GoMcGruff.com, and click GET IT FREE NOW, and create your account.
  2. Download and install McGruff SafeGuard.
  3. ChatChecker is automatically uninstalled when McGruff SafeGuard is installed.
